The Most Insta-Worthy Food Spots in Chicago

Being the third largest city in the U.S., Chicago’s food scene has blown up over the years. With over 4,980 restaurants to choose from, this guide will help you choose the most photo-worthy dishes to inspire your Instagram.

Bombo bar

Easily one of Chicago’s most Instagramable foods. Satisfy your sweet tooth with gelato, donuts, hot chocolate, and more.

  Flo Café

Looking for a spot for brunch? Flo’s won’t disappoint with their famous fruity pebble French toast.

Yuzu

Where sushi meets artwork. Yuzu prides themselves on providing food that is not only delicious but expressive as well. This is the prettiest sushi you will ever see and worthy of an Instagram shot.

  Green Street Smoked Meats

While Chicago isn’t necessarily known for its BBQ, this place won’t disappoint. Not to mention, their food presentation calls for a great foodie pic.

Lou Malnati’s

You can’t visit Chicago without making everyone jealous with some epic shots of the city’s famous deep-dish pizza. Lou Malnati’s is a local favorite.

  Antique Taco

Enjoy yummy tacos with an aesthetically pleasing surrounding. Don’t forget to snap some pictures outside with the colorful murals.

That cheese curd sign though. When I was a little girl, my dad would take me to the Mennonite community near us for his work, and would always stop for fresh cheese curds, apple butter, and chocolate milk on our way back. This memory is so effing vivid and awesome that I can’t have any of those three things without feeling like I’ve been transported back to that time when I was shorter and blonder; seeing this sign at a Chicago taco joint was no exception, and whipped me back IMMEDIATELY to that memory. Moments like that make me wonder what those emblems of childhood will be for my own kids: what memories are we creating together RIGHT NOW that will make them feel loved and at home no matter how old they are, or where they are in the world, years from now. What is that emblem for you? What’s the happy trigger that takes you back and makes you feel like a kid, just by its very mention? 💭💭💭 . @antiquetaco A post shared by Leisse Wilcox (@leissewilcox) on

BIG & little’s

Pizza, burgers, poke and more. Get your seafood fix with one of their delicious soft-shell crabs.

  Chicken and Farm Shop

Some of the best fried chicken in the city. Get it on a sandwich or better yet a waffle.

Firecakes

These donuts are not only delicious but their also extremely photogenic. Try the pineapple bacon maple glazed donut.

  Highline Bar + Lounge

Probably the craziest Bloody Mary you’ll find this side of the Midwest. Top your bloody with burger sliders, pizza, donuts, waffles and more.

Tokio Pub

If you love ramen, make sure to hit this place up. They have some amazing Japanese dishes to choose from but we would highly recommend trying the ramen burger.

  Parlor Chicago

Come for the pizza but stay for the ice cream tacos. These colorful desserts will look astounding on the gram.
